There are countless online casinos available within the UK at the moment but not all of them are any good. Most of them have slow payment times, outsourced customer support and flexible terms and conditions which makes them a bad overall experience.

One of my favourites has been Totesport Casino and I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs since 2008. And they treat players fairly, which is why I am still there now. If casino.com offered a fair service they would also retain more players so I simply cannot understand why they don’t.
Obviously casinos such as casino.com only care about quick profits from treating people unfairly which is a short sited business model. If they had a better service they would retain more players and make more money long term.
